Job summary

CTG is seeking a QA Analyst to enhance QA standards across in-restaurant, in-store, web, and mobile platforms. The role covers POS, back office, and retail systems, with a focus on improving quality and validating IT processes for clients.

The successful candidate will work with development, product owners, and QA automation teams to plan tests, create test scripts, and report risks. Onsite in Raleigh, six-month contract with potential extension, open salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant technical QA experience or similar role.
• Retail, Fuel Pharmacy, Restaurant, or POS experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and enhance QA standards and enforce processes on projects.
• Coordinate all test activities and advise stakeholders on scope of testing.
• Mentor team members and provide on-the-job training.
