Job summary

OLR Group Limited in the United States is seeking a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of POS and e-commerce applications. Working within a cross-functional Agile team, you will execute manual and automated testing, contribute to test strategy, defect management, and continuous QA improvements.

The role involves validating retail systems, integrations, and store solutions, and maintaining the office lab environment with hardware, POS equipment, and testing setups.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance or software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated testing for Oracle Retail and Jumpmind retail applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance and security testing across multiple systems.
• Validate retail business workflows, system integrations, and end-to-end transactions.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Contribute to test strategy development, planning, and QA process improvements.
