Job summary

Accenture is seeking a POS QA Analyst to support POS testing, release validation, defect documentation, and production support activities. The role is onsite at the client location in San Ramon, CA, Monday through Friday, with a focus on functional POS test execution and evidence collection.

Over time, the candidate will deepen knowledge of POS payment flows, logs, and triage support, working with QA leads, stakeholders, and vendor teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of POS test experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional POS test cases based on requirements.
• Validate POS flows including sales, refunds, tenders, and loyalty.
• Document results, capture evidence, and report status for releases.
• Coordinate UAT, prepare test data, and walkthrough scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps.
