Job summary

TechDigital Group in Irving, TX is seeking a QA Engineer with 4–6+ years of experience to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies across distributed applications, including Kubernetes deployments.

You will drive BDD practices, validate APIs and databases, perform RCA on defects, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering to improve quality and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of QA experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on API testing (REST/SOAP) and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Perform end-to-end system validation across distributed apps.
• Develop test scenarios for Kubernetes-deployed apps to validate scalability and resilience.
• Implement and drive Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Validate APIs, databases, and system integrations for data integrity.
