Job summary

Addison Group is seeking recruiters for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire roles in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, onsite only. You will gain hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs.

The role requires 1+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. ATS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting (agency or corporate).
• Proven success in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Experience working in high-volume or deadline-driven environments preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for contract roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs.
• Source and screen candidates for the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Manage candidate communications and offer process.
