Job summary

Cambridge Real Estate Services in Oregon seeks a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and policy compliance. Living onsite may be required; working from the site management office is a must.

You will supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff; coordinate vendors; oversee capital projects; and ensure timely resident payments while upholding company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Full understanding of property management and financial aspects.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation.
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be positive under all circumstances.
• Willing to participate in training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
