Responsibilities

• Complete daily property checklists and address maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and appearance issues.
• Perform weekly property walkthroughs and assess vacant units.
• Assist in leasing by showing spaces and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate with corporate leasing team on qualified prospects and information.
• Obtain quotes from local vendors and oversee contractor work.
• Monitor CapEx and keep management updated with photos and progress.
• Ensure property presentation and overall physical condition.
