Job summary

AFA Real Estate Partners in Yardley, PA is seeking an entry-level Commercial Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of our suburban mid-rise office building portfolio.

You will work closely with senior staff to handle tenant requests, maintain property conditions, coordinate vendors, and help with reports, budgets, and scheduling. This hands-on role offers exposure to all aspects of commercial real estate operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support senior property management staff by assisting with day-to-day tenant requests and building operations.
• Help build and maintain positive relationships with tenants by responding promptly and professionally to routine questions and concerns.
• Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other information for senior staff and property ownership in a timely manner.
• Help identify and suggest ideas for improving services provided to tenants.
• Assist with preparation of the annual operating budget, reconciliations, and tax forms under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support the lease administration process, including tracking leases and organizing documents.
• Help coordinate and communicate daily tasks and schedules with onsite maintenance staff as directed by senior management.
• Track timelines, budgets, and schedules for ongoing projects, and provide status updates to senior staff.
