The John Stewart Company in Los Angeles seeks a Property Manager responsible for overall operations of a Permanent Supportive Housing TAY Building. The position demands experience with Tax Credit properties and management duties including compliance with HUD and TCAC regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management.
• Experience in training and evaluation of staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of property rules and regulations.
• Process and maintain resident files within regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, TCAC and other programs.
• Collect deposits and rents according to program policies.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely manner.
• Complete work orders and turnover of vacant units.

Skills

Basic mathematical skills

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
