Job summary

Ovation seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for an affordable housing property in Las Vegas. The role requires LIHTC/Tax Credit experience and Onesite knowledge; YieldStar is a plus. You will support leasing, resident relations, and daily operations, including reporting and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Tax Credit experience required.
• Experience in property management and leasing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized; assist on-site Manager.
• Experience generating weekly/monthly reports; interacting with residents and vendors.
• When Manager is absent, run on-site operations and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, answering phones, and daily resident interactions.
• Prepare and complete weekly and monthly property reports.
• Assist in cost control of maintenance and vacant units.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional appearance.
• Coordinate with managers and staff to ensure smooth on-site operations.
• Watch over on-site operations during Manager's absence.
