Job summary

Ovation is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for our Las Vegas area communities. You will support on-site operations, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring a high-quality living experience for residents and timely reporting to the property manager.

Ideal candidates bring property management or sales background, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task. Experience with Onesite is preferred, and YieldStar knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and/or sales.
• Leasing, reporting, and resident relations experience.
• Assist manager with on-site operations and cost control.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with property management software (Onesite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leasing, answering phones, and resident interaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist in cost control of maintenance and vacancy status.
• When the Manager is absent, supervise on-site operations and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance.
• Coordinate with vendors and managers.
