Ideal candidates have 3 years leasing experience, LIHTC knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• 3 years Leasing Agent experience required.
• LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred.
• Show and lease apartments to residents.

Responsabilidades

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Achieve resident satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are properly executed.
• Perform administrative duties as part of daily tasks.
