Responsibilities

Oversee property managers to ensure leasing, maintenance, and compliance meet company standards.
Coordinate training with the Director of Property Management for managers under supervision.
Oversee relationships with contractors for CAPEX and renovations within budgets.
Track CAPEX spend and select contractors for projects.
Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to resolve work orders promptly.
Ensure units are 100% move-in ready with checklists and visits.
Maintain rent roll to drive occupancy and minimize collections.
Analyze reporting to improve efficiency and operations.
Ensure marketing for each property is consistently established.
