The role oversees leasing, maintenance, compliance, and contractor management for multiple properties in the Southeast. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of real estate experience in property management or asset management, with LIHTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in property management, investing, or asset management.
• Experience with tax credit/LIHTC is required.
• Experience with AppFolio preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the property management operations for a low-income apartment complex to ensure leasing, maintenance, compliance, and collections run smoothly.
• Oversee contractor relationships and CAPEX projects, ensuring work aligns with budgets and standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Property Management to train and develop property managers for success.
• Monitor rent rolls, occupancy, and reporting to drive performance and efficiency.
• Ensure units are 100% move-in ready and marketing for each property is established and maintained.
