Pantzer LLC is seeking a Property Manager for The Point at Kingston in Kingston, MA. The role oversees day-to-day operations, onsite team leadership, leasing objectives, and resident relations at a Class A multifamily property with 282 units.

The position requires a driver’s license, strong English communication, and 3–5 years of leadership in property management, with budgetary and financial oversight experience. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in property management.
• Knowledge of multi-family financial processes including budgeting, financial statements and capital projects.
• Strong reading/writing and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations and onsite team.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and operations to hit occupancy targets.
• Provide support/direction to maintenance staff.
• Oversee collections, invoicing, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Foster strong resident relationships through communication and events.
• Build relations with vendors to ensure high service quality.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and promotions.
