Job summary

Tishman Speyer seeks a Property Manager for CME Center, Chicago Loop. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver outstanding service, and foster long-term client relationships in a Class A property.

Responsibilities include leading PM and maintenance teams, budget oversight, and coordinating space tours and events to create a vibrant community. Onsite presence is required; base salary ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 with bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in real estate or hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree; hospitality or real estate preferred.
• Financial experience including costs, budgets, contracts, and arrears.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between floors and buildings to communicate with the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Management support and Maintenance teams to provide a best-in-class customer-focused experience throughout the property.
• Maintain customer relationships including hospitality and operations management.
• Review lease proposals and facilitate space tours for prospective customers.
• Coordinate ZO event programming to foster a community atmosphere.
• Assist the General Manager to drive amenity engagement.
• Lead a cross-functional team to ensure all objectives, policies and standards are met.
• Develop direct reports through mentoring and identify growth potential.
• Develop annual operating budget and capital plan; present to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee management of third-party maintenance contractors; ensure contract compliance.
• Facilitate pre-built and landlord-built customer spaces.
• Supervise capital projects; track finances.
• Assist the team with projects and communications.
