Job summary

Anza Management is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager for an apartment property in Palmdale, CA. The role directs operations to meet company goals, optimize ROI for owners, and provide a quality living environment for residents.

Must live onsite and be available to work weekends as needed. Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, resident relations, customer service, and managing finances using Yardi or similar software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units.
• Must live onsite at the property.
• Days/Hours vary by location and weekend availability.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Background/Physical/Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills with property management software (Yardi preferred), Excel, Word.
• Experience with financial issues—expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact with prospects, residents, staff and management.
• Drive to different locations.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Job Summary:

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.
