Anza Management Co. is seeking a full-time onsite Community Manager in Los Angeles. You will direct operations to meet owner goals, enhance ROI, and provide a quality living environment for residents.

The role requires on-site residence, 1+ year CM experience with 100+ units, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Working hours vary; a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Community Manager of at least 100 units.
• Must live onsite at the property.
• Days/hours vary by location and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and manage resident relations and customer service.

• Handle financial issues: expenditures, income, collections, budgeting.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to interact with residents, prospects, staff and management.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time onsite Community Manager.

Job Summary:

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Community Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years experience as a Community Manager of at least 100
• Required to live onsite
• Days / Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability
• B ilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening

Community Manager Responsibilities:

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effective with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
• Drive to different locations.
