Anza Management is seeking a full-time Floater Community Manager for apartment communities in Tucson, AZ. The role directs operations, optimizes ROI for owners, and ensures a quality living environment for residents.

Requirements include 2+ years as a community manager of 200+ units, Yardi and Rent Café experience, lease-up experience, bilingual English/Spanish helpful, valid Arizona driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the United States. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a community manager for 200+ units.
• 2-3 years of experience in Tax Credit.
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Café.
• Experience in Lease up.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
• Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word).
• Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.

Job Summary

The Community Manager directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner that will meet the goals of Anza Management Company. They will optimize return on investment for owners, provide a quality living environment for residents, and promote positive working relationships with company employees.

Community Manager Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a community manager of at least 200+ units.
• 2-3 years of experience in Tax Credit
• Experience with Yardi and Rent Café
• Experience in Lease up
• B ilingual in English/Spanish helpful
• Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability may be needed
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screen
