Qualifications

• 2 years experience assisting management of apartment properties.
• Experience working in HUD properties.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Entrata.
• Knowledge in basic accounting, reading financial statements, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and occupancy to maximize value.
• Supervise staff and coordinate maintenance and leasing tasks.
• Ensure rent collection and deposits are recorded daily.
• Maintain compliance with housing laws and safety standards.
• Show property to prospective residents and process applications.
