Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard property management principles.
• Experience with tenant relations and basic budget support.
• Willingness to learn CBRE processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain property records in an organized, up-to-date manner.
• Interact with tenants via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist in inspections and recommend maintenance and reconditioning as needed.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payments.
• Assist with purchase orders per CBRE policies.
• Help prepare tenant billings and budget data.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and walkthroughs with tenants.
• Assist in delivering timely, accurate reports.
