Job summary

CBRE Assistant Property Manager sought to support the Property Manager in overseeing a mixed portfolio of retail and industrial properties around Philadelphia. You will engage with tenants, manage records, assist in inspections, and help with financial activities.

This role emphasizes CBRE RISE values and professional collaboration. The position requires up to 3 years’ CRE experience, solid MS Office skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs, ensuring administrative and building staff resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain property records in an organized and up-to-date manner.
• Interact with tenants via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in performing periodic property inspections and recommend maintenance or reconditioning.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for payment in compliance with agreements and CBRE policies.
• Assign Purchase Orders per CBRE policies and PM authorization matrix.
• Assist with preparation of accurate tenant billings.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and tours with tenants and TI department.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Gather and confirm preliminary data for accounts receivable aging reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
