Avison Young is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a commercial portfolio in Orlando, Florida. The role supports the Property Manager with daily operations, financial reporting, and tenant relations, ensuring compliance with policies and client directives.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of property management experience, proficiency in MS Office, Yardi or Impak, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position offering full-time employment and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of property accounting and ability to interpret financial data.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results.
• Excellent customer and tenant service orientation.
• Ability to build relationships and solve problems to satisfy tenants, clients and properties.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management apps such as Yardi and Impak.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processing.
• Maintain and monitor maintenance programs and tenant requests; report deficiencies.
• Perform physical inspections of interior and exterior properties and report findings.
• Assist with building operations and energy management coordination.
• Prepare and distribute tenant communications; maintain contact lists.
