Job summary

Viridian Management, Inc. seeks an on-site Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in Wilsonville, OR.

You will oversee leasing, recertifications, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring compliance with housing guidelines and safety standards. The role requires leadership, reliability, and strong communication while coordinating with on-site staff to maintain occupancy goals and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in apartment/property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations and staff.
• Handle leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, AR and AP.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing and maintain waiting lists.
• Maintain occupancy targets as directed by supervisor.
• Manage Move In/Out and Annual Recertification files per policy.
