Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in Milton-Freewater, OR. As on-site leader, you will oversee leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, offering benefits including health, dental, vision, life and more, with a $26 per hour compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Self-driven and adaptable with strong team focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Handle leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, and A/R/A/P.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing and maintain waiting lists.
• Maintain occupancy targets per supervisor guidance.
• Manage Move In/Out and Annual Recertification files.
