Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in Rogue River, OR. The on-site leader will oversee leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting, and A/R and A/P to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Located in Rogue River and Gold Hill, this full-time role offers 32 hours per week, $22-26/hour DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package. Viridian Management, Inc.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Legally qualified to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Conduct core processes including leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility and maintain a waiting list.
• Maintain occupancy as set by supervisor.
• Manage tenant files for Move In/Out and Annual Recertification.
