Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc seeks an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in Winston, OR. The on-site leader will oversee leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting and accounts payable/receivable.

Location includes Two Rivers Apartments and Canyonville, Pacific Trail Apartments. Job is full-time with 40 hours/week, $20–$25/hour DOE, requiring a valid driver's license and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Conduct core processes: leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, A/R and A/P.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility and maintain a waiting list.
• Maintain occupancy per site goals set by supervisor.
• Manage tenant files for Move In/Out and Annual Recertification per policy and agency requirements.
