Job summary

Viridian Management in Winston, OR is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project. This on-site role oversees leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting and daily operations to meet regulatory and safety standards.

You will supervise all property activities, screen applicants, maintain occupancy targets, manage tenant files, and ensure compliance with fair housing policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills demonstrated in multi-task environments.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven management experience in property operations or similar.
• Comfort with budgeting, financial records and vendor relations.
