Job summary

Kapital Management is seeking an Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an 88-unit residential community in Miami. You will be the main on-site contact for residents, handling leasing, collections, maintenance coordination, and overall property operations with a hands-on approach.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a multifamily community.
• Strong leasing, collections and resident relations skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an 88-unit apartment community.
• Serve as onsite contact for residents and prospective residents.
• Manage leasing activities including tours, applications, move-ins/outs.
• Monitor rent collections and follow up on delinquencies.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders.
• Conduct inspections of property, units, and common areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide updates/reports to management; respond to emergencies.
