Job summary

The Allied Orion Group is seeking a Community Manager for Novum Capitol View in Austin, TX. You will oversee the overall management of a multi-family property, guiding on-site staff and ensuring operations comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws.

You will manage leasing, marketing, resident relations, and property financials to maximize income while controlling expenses and reporting accurately. Strong leadership and knowledge of property management regulations are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge and 1 to 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred.
  • Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
  • Active/participatory apartment association membership preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leasing operations for multi-family properties.
  • Coordinate property marketing efforts.
  • Maintain positive resident relations.
  • Generate and maximize income.
  • Monitor and control property expenses.
  • Ensure timely reporting.
  • Analyze and correct financial statements.
  • Supervise on-site team.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
