Job summary

Allied Orion Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operation of a multi-family property in Texas. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws.

Responsibilities include generating income, controlling expenses, submitting reports on time, and coordinating with regional leadership and owners to uphold performance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and 1 to 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the property.
• Generate and maximize property income while monitoring expenses.
• Approve on-time submission of all required reports.
• Read and analyze property financial statements and reports.
• Supervise the on-site property team and operations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.
