Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close with timely completion.
• Record journal entries and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and reconcile balances.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for properties and consolidated entities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
• Manage departmental reporting and budgeting schedules.
• Coordinate audit schedules and documentation for the annual audit.
• Evaluate accounting procedures to improve controls and efficiency.
• Perform additional accounting and financial reporting tasks as assigned.
