Stoltz Management of Delaware is seeking an Assistant Controller – Property Accounting to lead day-to-day property financial operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate with property managers, and ensure timely closings and accurate reporting for lenders and internal stakeholders.
The role requires a BA/BS in accounting, 5+ years in real estate accounting, advanced Excel, and experience with Yardi, AvidXChange, Concur, and Blackline.

Job Description:
The Assistant Controller will have the responsibility of working with property accounting staff, including senior accountants, accounts payable and treasury team members to provide leadership and oversight over the day-to-day financial operations of their assigned properties.
