Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in real estate accounting (property management, investment, or development).
• Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations across multiple entities within an expanding real estate portfolio.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Lead or assist with month-end close, CAM reconciliations, draw packages, and lender/investor reporting.
• Support audits, tax prep, and other external reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with property management and leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial data.
