Aon is seeking a Project Workers' Compensation Administrator to manage the project workers' compensation program at Port Arthur LNG, coordinating with insurers, medical professionals, and Bechtel. This onsite role supports auto and insured claims while reporting to Bechtel's Head of Workers' Compensation and the Aon Claims Director.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of workers' compensation experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry workers' compensation experience.
• 5+ years in the field or related area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage project workers' compensation program for Port Arthur LNG and CCIP enrollees.
• Interface with insurers, medical professionals, Bechtel and internal teams to drive positive claim outcomes.
• Oversee claims processing, documentation, subrogation coordination and return-to-work programs.
• Develop and maintain project-specific claims manuals and reports on claims performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and USL&H regulations and Bechtel risk management policy.
