Aon plc seeks a Project Workers’ Compensation Administrator to manage complex workers’ compensation programs for large-scale projects, onsite at the Port Arthur LNG construction site. The role collaborates with Bechtel, insurers, medical professionals, and legal teams to achieve favorable claim outcomes and reduce risk.

Responsibilities include development of claims processes, enrollment for CCIP, onsite training, and regular performance reporting.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in workers’ compensation or related area.
• Extensive knowledge of workers’ compensation and rehabilitation procedures.
• Experience with claim resolution, litigation processes, and subrogation.
• Experience with auto/other insured claims.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with injured workers, insurers, medical professionals, brokers, and regulators.
• Develop and maintain project-specific workers’ compensation processes and manuals.
• Oversee subcontractor CCIP enrollment and orientation.
• Prepare regular reports on project claims performance.
• Manage documentation, eligibility determinations, and return-to-work coordination.
