Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a full-time Project/Program Manager/Coordinator to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You will lead project meetings, build plans in Microsoft Project, and support internal partners in a fast-paced, onsite setting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, a Business Administration- related degree, strong written communication, and hands-on MS Project proficiency; PMI/PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Project proficiency demonstrated.
• Strong written communication skills required.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate project meetings, drive action items to completion, and gather task updates from team members.
• Build and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project.
• Analyze the impact of plan changes, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
• Break down complex information into smaller, actionable pieces of work.
