Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-use facility projects and provide consulting services for a major client in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role requires onsite presence three days per week and collaboration with client teams to define scope, budgets, and milestones.

You will manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while ensuring data integrity and governance across project deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
Sophisticated math skills and ability to perform percentages and other financial calculations.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, work plan schedule and milestones.
Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs and bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
Track progress, report status and variances, and develop risk mitigation plans.
