Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for assigned markets or client accounts, guiding projects from initiation through completion with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, and capital improvements. This is a full-time onsite role at a client site in Hartford, CT.

The role requires coordinating with clients, developing scope, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans, while leading a delivery team to meet objectives and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Prepare elements of the project with clients (scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, risk).
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFPs; evaluate bids and recommend resources.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation; coordinate with teams.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans; track progress and report status/variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge; lead by example with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
