Job summary

Olsten Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-location, cross-functional projects from concept through production and deployment. This onsite role in Florence, SC reports to the leadership team and requires coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver on time and within budget.

The PM will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and supplier performance while ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

Associate Degree Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred
3+ Years of Project Management Experience
Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Strong Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities between Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams
Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor prototype and production drawing completion timelines
Manage supplier performance and prototype part deliveries
Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
Identify project risks and implement resolution plans
Coordinate testing, installation, and implementation activities
Maintain project documentation and reporting
