Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Chandler, AZ to oversee assigned projects from quoting through closeout. You will coordinate schedules, staffing, contractors, materials, and budgets, acting as the customer contact where needed.

The role requires 5+ years in machinery moving/construction project management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint. Onsite work with travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school degree or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Five or more years in machinery moving, construction, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and documents; monitor scope, cost, and progress.
• Lead pre- and post-hand-off meetings with sales and operations teams.
• Manage contracts, scope, and change orders to stay in bounds.
• Plan, administer, and close out projects across multiple functions.
• Supervise staff and approve payroll for project personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams via RFI/Q/P.
