Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Southbridge, MA for full-time operations leadership. You will plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects, coordinating staffing, timelines, budgets, and vendors.

You will serve as the main client liaison and ensure on-site execution from quoting through close-out. The role requires strong project management, supervisory, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, cost control, and timely delivery across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in project management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and completes assigned projects across functional areas (staffing, operations, administration).
• Develops detailed project schedules with milestones, deliverables, dependencies based on objectives, budget, scope, timeline, and risks.
• Reviews plans and technical documents; serves as main point of contact for project questions, scope and timelines.
• Manages project finances and budgets; schedules resources (labor and equipment) per budget.
• Conducts Pre-Hands-Off and Post-Hands-Off meetings with sales and operations teams to ensure scope clarity.
• Mentor and supervise field teams; input timecards and approve hours.
• Communicates with clients, contractors, and designers using RFI/Q/P processes.
• Keeps leadership and stakeholders informed of progress; documents changes via change orders.
• Travels to client sites and directs on-site project activities; maintains project files in SharePoint.
