The purpose of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle from planning stage through transition to post project support with focus on working within predetermined estimates and timelines. To control the flow of information on each project to ensure the owner, construction manager, architect, subcontractors and CBRE company personnel understand the quality and schedule requirements of the project. This position is for a fulfillment/ manufacturing environment.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $110,000 annually or $52.80 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $130,000 annually or $62.50 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
