Job summary

Air Master Systems Corp in Norton Shores, MI, is seeking a Project Manager to own orders from entry to delivery, coordinating with customers, distributors and engineering to ensure built-to-order products are defined and delivered accurately.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ERP experience (ECI M1 preferred), and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field, or 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with order processing and customer-facing project coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-to-order environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, PO review, information gathering, and status updates.
• Enter orders, create product records, and issue production folders in ERP (ECI M1).
• Review PO information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before release.
• Collect and confirm all information needed to process the order (configurations, materials, finishes, approvals).
• Read architectural layouts to identify products related to sales orders.
• Coordinate with production and internal teams to meet dates.
• Maintain a list of active projects to meet weekly KPI objectives.
