Job summary

Lindahl Reed, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Team Lead / Project Manager in Sterling, VA to lead a multidisciplinary technical services team responsible for meteorological observing systems, software, lab equipment, and related infrastructure.

You will ensure quality, on-time delivery, and effective customer coordination. The ideal candidate has 4+ years supervising technical test and evaluation work in mission-focused environments, translating client priorities into actionable work plans, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. Advanced technical degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) or project management certification may satisfy the requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and oversight for all assigned work; coordinate multidisciplinary personnel, assign and prioritize activities, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with customer objectives.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customer leadership. Maintain availability during business hours and respond promptly to requests for discussion, technical problem resolution, or corrective action.
• Collaborate with customer representatives to develop task plans, staffing assignments, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor execution, identify dependencies, and communicate concerns early.
• Prepare weekly progress reports summarizing work performed, technical progress, schedules, travel, risks, and recommendations. Lead progress reviews and keep stakeholders informed.
