Experience: 4+ years of experience supervising technical test and evaluation projects involving meteorological equipment and systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; an advanced technical degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) or recognized project management certification may also satisfy the requirement.

Lindahl Reed is hiring an Onsite Team Lead / Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary technical services team supporting the operation, maintenance, testing, evaluation, and life‑cycle support of meteorological observing systems, software, laboratory equipment, and related infrastructure. This key personnel position will be accountable for the quality, timeliness, coordination, and execution of all team activities and will serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customer leadership.
The ideal candidate is a decisive, collaborative leader with hands‑on experience managing technical test and evaluation work in a mission‑focused environment. The candidate will translate customer priorities into actionable work plans, coordinate staff across multiple functional areas, manage schedule and performance risks, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and resolve issues under pressure while maintaining high standards for safety, security, quality, and professional conduct.
All positions require a background check after acceptance of our offer. The selected candidate may be eligible to begin employment before the background check has been finalized.
