Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Inspector/Construction Installation Supervisor for on-site oversight of installation and construction activities in Salt Lake City, UT. Qualifications

• BS Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project or construction management or related field.
• On-site work with previous managerial experience and ability to motivate others.
• Experience with reporting requirements and management reports.
• Ability to analyze information and propose new perspectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Kahua a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to report daily on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of construction activities on site.
• Review progress and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site personnel to drive projects to completion.
• Monitor conformance with contract and quality requirements.
• Prepare daily reports for the Construction Manager.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
• Lead by example and align with RISE values to build consensus.
• Support SOX controls where applicable.
• Other duties to ensure timely delivery.
