Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project or construction management or related profession.
• Managerial experience with ability to motivate others.
• Experience with writing and providing management reports.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to work various shifts and report to site daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise installation and construction activities onsite.
• Review work progress to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site personnel to drive projects to completion.
• Ensure construction work conforms with contract requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare daily reports for the Construction Manager.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead by example and mentor others within the function.
• Support SOX controls where applicable.
• Other duties to ensure timely project delivery.
