Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Memphis, TN is seeking a Project Inspector/Construction Installation Supervisor to oversee onsite construction activities and ensure timely delivery.

This role requires working non-business hours, with potential third shift Monday through Friday, and staying on-site full-time to monitor progress against drawings and specs. Collaborate with vendors and contractors, maintain quality, and produce daily reports for the Construction Manager; SOX controls may apply.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• On-site project/construction management experience.
• Ability to supervise and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Kahua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and progress.
• Review work against drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site personnel to drive projects to completion.
• Ensure quality and conformance to contract requirements.
• Prepare daily reports for the Construction Manager.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
