Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Inspector/Construction Installation Supervisor in Memphis, TN to oversee onsite installation and construction activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with drawings and specs.

This role may require non-business hours, including third shift, overnights and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. You will coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project or construction management.
• On-site leadership and team motivation experience.
• Strong reporting skills and management reporting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Kahua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of construction activities on site.
• Review work against drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily construction reports.
• Ensure quality requirements and contract conformance.
• Perform SOX-related controls as applicable.
